Nuestra BMW está casi a punto de volver a la vida, esta rodeada de cantidad de sus propias piezas, unas nuevas, y otras restauradas, que pronto volverán a lucir sobre ella.
Una de la cosas que a veces se olvidan injustamente, es la tornilleria, si esta demasiado a la vista, y esta deslucida, y´aún más, si se ha estropeado tanto la cabeza como la rosca en su extracción. es fundamental sustituirlos, si nos ha costado sacarlos, imaginemos lo que costará la próxima vez que alguien ( puede que nosotros mismos) tenga que sacarlos de nuevo...Cambiémoslo!
Our BMW is almost ready to kick ass!
Right now it is surrounded by its own pieces – some brand new and some restored- that will be back on it soon enough.
One of the things unjustly neglected are the bolts. They can look particularly bad on the bike if they are too visible or shabby. If they have been damaged in both their extremes during their extraction it is paramount that we replace them.
If you though it was difficult to remove them the first time we tried, imagine how would it be for someone –or maybe yourself- having to take them out again.
Let´s remove them!
